What exactly is RealGround?

RealGround is where contemplative practice meets leadership coaching. Drawing on more than two decades of meditation, yoga, Buddhist training, movement and sound, it helps you stay clear, grounded and resilient through the pressures, decisions and personal challenges that come with leading and growing something. It's available to our ongoing clients on a monthly retainer.

Do I need an existing audience to start?

Not at all. In many ways, earlier is better. RealVoice helps you establish a clear, recognisable voice - whether you're starting from scratch, evolving an existing presence or ready to relaunch.

How is RealThought different from just using ChatGPT myself?

ChatGPT can generate content. RealThought builds a content system around you and your brand - your voice, ideas, expertise, audience and ambitions. AI can be part of the process, but it isn't the strategy and it isn't the voice.

What if I don't know what my “real voice” is yet?

Good. You don't need to arrive with it figured out. RealVoice is designed to uncover what is already distinctive about how you think, speak and see the world - then make it usable.
